ONBOARDING
As soon as you enter a working relationship with Viryl Technologies, our team will work with you to get started as quickly and smoothly as possible! Our team will assist you with site approval, delivery logistics, infrastructure design and launch activities
We make sure your site is ready for pressing!
We get you fully trained so you're ready to operate your plant.
We can help with logistics! Machines are ready within 16 weeks of purchase.
TRAINING
Our Pressing School training program will make you into a vinyl expert ready to press, regardless of your previous experience! We offer two training options to give you flexibility.
Viryl HQ Training
Customers are encouraged to come visit Toronto prior to machine arrival for one of our one week or two week programs. We take clients through the entire training process with helpful articles and videos and a solid pressing curriculum. Check-points and quizzes ensure a smooth learning process.
On-site Training
Post installation of your machinery, Viryl training staff will conduct on-site training at your location. For experienced press operators we recommend 3-5 days of training. For newcomers to the industry we recommend 5-10 days of training.
GET SUPPORT
We provide you with comprehensive hardware and software support. By helping you troubleshoot using our ADAPT™ platform, our knowledgeable team can get your issues resolved quickly to keep you operating! Outside of regular support, we’ll be periodically reaching out to help you on your vinyl journey and celebrate growing milestones.
